Jewellery Designer

Key Responsibilities:
Jewellery Design & Sketching

• Create innovative and market-driven jewellery designs.
• Assist senior designers in concept development and trend research.
• Prepare hand-drawn sketches and digital illustrations.

CAD Designing & 3D Modeling

• Learn and use CAD software (Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, AutoCAD) to develop 3D jewellery models.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure design feasibility.

Market Research & Trend Analysis

• Study global jewellery trends, gemstones, and metal compositions.
• Understand consumer preferences and latest design aesthetics.

Material & Manufacturing Collaboration

• Work with gemologists, artisans, and manufacturers to bring designs to life.
• Gain knowledge of gemstone settings, metal crafting, and finishing techniques.

Client & Team Interaction

• Assist in client customization requests and bespoke jewellery orders.
• Support senior designers in creating mood boards and design presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduate / Diploma in Jewellery Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.
• Experience: Freshers (0-1 Year) – Training will be provided.
• Design Skills: Basic knowledge of sketching, rendering, and CAD designing.
• Creativity: Passion for jewellery trends, aesthetics, and innovation.
• Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or CAD software (preferred).
• Attention to Detail: Ability to work with intricate designs and precision.
• Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate and learn from senior designers.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of metals, gemstones, and engraving techniques.
• Basic knowledge of handmade and machine-made jewellery.
• Strong visualization and color sense for jewellery design.
