Key Responsibilities:Floral Design & Creation:

• Design and create unique, high-quality floral arrangements for events, weddings, corporate orders, and retail displays.
• Stay updated with floral trends, seasonal flowers, and innovative techniques to offer exceptional designs.

Customer Service:

• Consult with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored floral solutions.
• Handle special requests and ensure customer satisfaction through impeccable service.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor floral inventory, including fresh flowers, plants, and design supplies, to ensure quality and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with suppliers to procure fresh flowers and negotiate costs effectively.

Team Leadership:

• Train, guide, and mentor junior florists and staff on floral design techniques and customer service.
• Oversee daily operations at the branch and ensure team productivity.

Branch Operations:

• Manage the shop’s presentation, ensuring cleanliness, proper display arrangements, and an inviting atmosphere.
• Handle orders, invoicing, and follow-up processes with accuracy and efficiency.

Event Coordination:

• Plan, design, and execute floral setups for events, weddings, and corporate functions, coordinating logistics for timely delivery and installation.
• Work closely with event planners and clients to achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as a florist, with a proven portfolio of high-end floral designs and event work.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional artistic ability in floral design and arrangement.
  • Strong knowledge of flower care, handling, and preservation techniques.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
• Education: Certification in floral design or equivalent training (preferred).
• Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
