Job Title: Graphic Designer / Visual Designer / Communication Designer
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Bangalore / Mumbai

• Design and produce marketing communication materials (both print and digital) for a variety of clients.
• Collaborate with the creative team, internal account teams, and clients to develop innovative creative solutions and translate them across different channels.
• Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and design innovations.

• Proven experience in Graphic/Creative Design.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to proactively recommend creative solutions for marketing proposals.
• Design marketing communication pieces, including theme development, individual piece designs, and layouts.
• Maintain quality control for all designs.
• Seek out new design products and stay ahead of industry developments.
• Strong conceptualization skills, attention to design, layout, and typography. Ability to offer multiple design solutions.
• Knowledge of print media.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX, website design, branding, and packaging.
• Storyboarding experience is preferred.
• Agency experience is a must.

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Design Degree, BFA/BCA, Certification in Fine/Applied Arts, or a relevant field, with a minimum of 3 years of design experience in the creative department of a digital agency or design firm.

6. Background verification (BGV).
