Job Requirements

Experience:

• At least 4-5 years of experience in a spinning mill.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in the textile field.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a large team.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage stress effectively.
• Strong communication skills are a must.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning and factory operations.
• Professionalism in working with large groups and cross-functional teams.
• In-depth understanding of spinning technology and the ability to adapt and standardize processes across teams.
• Understanding of corporate environments and work culture.

Languages:

• Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Russian or Uzbek is preferable but not mandatory.
