Job Description:
Supply Chain Management
Managing complete importation/exportation process
Oversee the entire import process from purchase order to receipt in warehouse
Coordinating with FF, negotiate rates & ensure timely delivery
Coordinating with Custom Brokers & Shipping Lines
Manage import related costs including freight, duties & taxes
Knowledge of Single window
Coordinating with Foreign Suppliers
Import documentation & Letter of credit
Ensuring compliance with import & export customs regulations, laws & procedures
Stay up-to-date with changes in customs regulations & procedures
Tracking & monitoring shipments
Coordinating with warehouses & manage inventory
Ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation
Excellent communication both verbal and writing
Hands on experience in MM module of SAP S4 Hana
