Detailed Work Profile:
The Laundry Supervisor will manage and oversee the daily operations of the laundry department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. This role includes supervising the laundry team, ensuring quality control, and optimizing laundry processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise laundry operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Monitor and manage staff performance and provide training as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the laundry area.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hygiene standards.
• Oversee the proper usage and maintenance of laundry equipment.
• Ensure all laundry items are processed on time and in accordance with required standards.
• Handle customer inquiries or issues related to laundry services.
• Assist in inventory management of laundry supplies and chemicals.
• Report to management on operational status and any issues.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in laundry operations or related roles.
• Languages Known: Fluent in Hindi and English. Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.

Salary Budget (Min-Max Range): AED 2500 - AED 3500 per month (inclusive of accommodation and transportation).
