Job Description:

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Engineering Design for Commercial, Residential, and Industrial Buildings
• Expertise in providing and reviewing complete Miscellaneous Member Design Calculations and Connections Design
• Experience with American Codes (AISC & ASCE), Standards, and Projects
• Proficiency with Software such as Ram Connection, Staad Pro, Mathcad, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Hilti Anchor Connections
• Knowledge in Miscellaneous Member Design Calculations including Stair Framing Design, Railings Design, Canopy and Trellis Design using specified load cases and combinations as per AISC/ASCE Standards
• Ability to lead and mentor the design team as a Team Lead
• Responsible for allocating work to team members
• Strong communication skills for interacting with US-based clients and other external stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 9 to 14 years of relevant experience in Structural Engineering Design for the American market
• In-depth knowledge and work experience with AISC & ASCE Standards
• Prior experience in leading and managing a team is preferred

Educational Qualification:

• M.E. or M.Tech. in Structural Engineering

Job Location:

• Bengaluru (Non-negotiable and WFH not available)

Work Hours:

• 2 PM to 11 PM (Non-negotiable)
