7. Payment Collection & Follow-up
Ensure timely collection of payments for projects, collaborating with the finance team.
8. Site Visits & Networking
Oversee regular site visits and client meetings.

9. Travel Requirements
Regular domestic travel to project sites and client locations in Hyderabad/Bangalore.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 10 years in sales or business development in the building materials or architectural glass industry.
At least 2 years in a leadership role managing a sales team.
Skills:
Strong sales and leadership abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other office tools.
Languages:
Fluency in English and Hindi (Telugu/Kannada is a plus).
