Travel Consultant

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (Work From Office)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (Based on experience and skillset)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant who is passionate about travel and dedicated to delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for creating customized travel experiences, managing bookings, and supporting our clients throughout their journey.

• Understand client needs and recommend tailored domestic and international travel packages

• Plan, create, and manage end-to-end travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transport, and activities

• Utilize GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) or internal tools to book travel services

• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless travel execution

• Provide accurate guidance on visas, insurance, COVID-related protocols, and travel documentation

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy

• Stay informed about travel industry trends, new destinations, and supplier offerings

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role

• Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) or online booking tools

• In-depth knowledge of global and domestic travel destinations

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
