We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage design development for commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will possess advanced architectural knowledge, strong design skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. A thorough understanding of project planning, detail design, and building standards is essential.

• Experience Required: Minimum 7 years

• Job Type: Onsite, Full-Time (Permanent Role)

• Salary Range: ₹80,000 – ₹1,25,000 per month

• Number of Openings: 2

• Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Work Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)

• Job Location: Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala

• Food / Accommodation / Travel: Not Provided

• Contract Duration: Full-Time, Not on Contract

• Education: B.Arch. (Post-graduation is a plus)

• Preferred Candidate Base: Kerala-based candidates preferred, but open to applicants from anywhere in India

• Languages Required: Fluent in English
