We are seeking a passionate and experienced Agronomist specializing in regenerative agriculture to lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of sustainable farming practices across our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soil health, agroecological systems, and low-input farming, with a commitment to building resilient and biodiverse agroecosystems.
Key Responsibilities· Design and implement regenerative farming models including crop rotation, cover cropping, composting, and reduced tillage strategies
· Conduct soil health assessments and develop soil restoration programs using tools such as Haney, PLFA, or Soil Food Web analysis
· Advise on organic amendments, biofertilizers, and integrated pest management strategies to reduce synthetic input dependency
· Collaborate with farm staff to train and support the adoption of regenerative techniques
· Monitor and report on the effectiveness of regenerative interventions using ecological and productivity indicators
· Develop nutrient management plans that align with organic or biodynamic certification standards (if applicable)
· Work with R&D or academic partners to test and scale innovative regenerative practices
· Integrate technology tools (e.g., satellite imagery, sensors, farm management systems) to support decision-making
