Job Title: Full-Time / Live-in Experienced Home Cook
Location: Arabian Ranches, UAE
Nationality Preference: Male Kenyan (Experienced)
Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and adaptable Live-in Home Cook with proven experience in private households. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing daily meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and contributing to the household's culinary needs while ensuring flexibility in schedule and menu preferences.

• Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, tailored to household preferences.

• Develop and adapt recipes based on dietary restrictions, nutritional goals, and taste preferences.

• Create and follow weekly meal plans incorporating diverse cuisines and fresh ingredients.

• Research and propose new recipes to introduce variety and innovation in daily meals.

• Maintain a well-organized kitchen and pantry, tracking inventory and managing stock rotation.

• Ensure a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.

• Follow and uphold food safety and hygiene standards during storage, preparation, and service.

• Engage regularly with household members to understand and meet their meal preferences.

• Adapt to schedule changes, including special occasions, last-minute requests, or guests.

• Collaborate with other household staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Proven experience as a cook in a private household or similar setting.

• Expertise in a range of cooking styles and cuisines with strong culinary techniques.

• Strong command of English (spoken and written); able to follow and adapt complex recipes.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to anticipate needs and proactively manage kitchen operations.

• Flexible and accommodating with a positive, service-oriented mindset.

• Knowledge and application of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices.

• Accommodation: Live-in position.

• Hours: Flexible based on household needs.

• Availability: Occasional weekend or holiday work may be required.

• Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
