Industrial Electrician – Cold Storage & Water Systems

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician with a strong background in maintaining and repairing electrical systems for cold storage facilities, power inverters, and electric submersible water pumps. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring reliable and safe operations of our electrical infrastructure across agricultural and industrial applications.

·        Perform electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on:
- Cold storage systems including compressors, refrigeration units, and defrost systems
- Power inverters used in solar and backup energy systems
- Electric submersible pumps for irrigation and water management

·        Inspect, diagnose, and resolve issues with electrical panels, motor controls, VFDs, wiring, and circuit breakers

·        Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve energy efficiency

·        Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams

·        Install new equipment and electrical infrastructure as needed

·        Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies

·        Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and part replacements

·        High school diploma or technical certification in Electrical Technology or related field

·        Valid electrician license or certification preferred

·        Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial or agricultural electrical systems

·        Proficiency with:
- Cold storage electrical systems and refrigeration circuits
- Power inverter installation and troubleshooting (e.g., for solar or UPS systems)
- Electric submersible pumps and motor control systems

·        Ability to work independently and in outdoor/farm environments

·        Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures

·        Familiarity with SCADA systems and PLCs is a plus

·        May involve on-call or weekend duty

·        Work may include indoor cold storage areas and outdoor farm operations

·        Use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols required
