Human Resources Manager

Location: Mumbai
Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

• Draft job descriptions and manage employment documentation

• Promote employee engagement and mediate conflict resolution

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

• Identify training needs and facilitate career development

• Coordinate performance reviews and KPI setting with department heads

• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation benchmarking

• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws
