🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage end-to-end travel logistics for senior leadership (flights, hotels, transport, visas).
• Anticipate travel needs and provide proactive, tailored itinerary options.
• Maintain personalized travel profiles and preferences for each executive.
• Handle last-minute changes, delays, or cancellations efficiently.
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries, documentation, and travel packs.
• Liaise with travel agencies, hotels, airlines, and embassies.
• Ensure all arrangements align with company travel policy and cost guidelines.
• Monitor and manage loyalty program benefits and upgrades.
• Provide round-the-clock support during executive travel.
• Oversee post-travel expense reconciliation and reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate or executive-level travel planning.
• Strong knowledge of global travel systems and visa processing.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
• Proven discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Calm under pressure with strong multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and vendor coordination skills.
