Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 CTC per month (based on experience and skill level)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to manage culinary operations at a private guest house, catering to a group of 12–15 Taiwanese guests. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Asian cuisine, particularly Japanese and authentic Taiwanese dishes, and will also oversee housekeeping support staff to ensure a high standard of hospitality.

• Prepare and serve daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a strong emphasis on authentic Taiwanese-style meals.

• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.

• Manage daily kitchen operations including inventory, planning, and cleanliness.

• Supervise and coordinate with Housekeeping and Helper staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

• Maintain overall cleanliness and high hospitality standards within the guest house.

• Proven experience working in a guest house, hotel, or a similar hospitality setup.

• Specialization in Asian cuisine with a focus on Japanese and Taiwanese meals.

• Ability to cook for 12–15 guests on a daily basis.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide support staff effectively.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
