Junior Chemist

Department: R&D / Quality Control (QC)
Location: Rohtak, Haryana
Experience Required: 2–4 years in the adhesive industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing and analysis of raw materials and finished tile adhesive products

• Assist in developing new adhesive formulations

• Maintain laboratory documentation and ensure quality compliance

• Support senior chemists in product improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure manufacturing support

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (required)

• Master’s degree in Chemistry (preferred)

• Additional certifications in adhesives or polymer chemistry are an advantage

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Good understanding of adhesives, chemicals, and formulations

• Skilled in lab testing, material handling, and documentation

• Quality-driven, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

• Basic communication in English and Hindi

• Team player with a proactive mindset
