Senior Chemist

Department: R&D / Quality Control
Location: Rohtak, Haryana
Experience Required: 3–7 years in adhesive or construction chemical industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and test adhesive formulations and conduct raw material evaluations

• Maintain quality standards across tile adhesives and chemical product lines

• Lead product innovation initiatives and ensure formulation improvements

• Hands-on experience with RD powder, MHEC, and polymer binders is essential

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (required)

• Master’s degree in Chemistry (preferred)

• Diploma in Adhesives or Construction Chemicals is an added advantage

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Deep knowledge of adhesive raw materials and formulation chemistry

• Strong lab testing, quality control, and reporting skills

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities

• Positive approach toward innovation and independent working

• Fluent in Hindi and English
