Experience: 10–15 years in transport industry (3+ years leadership)
Qualification: Any graduate
CTC: As per industry standards

• Manage transport operations, fleet maintenance, and dispatching

• Lead a team of 50+ staff across drivers, dispatchers, and support

• Ensure compliance with transportation laws (DOT, FMCSA, etc.)

• Drive financial performance and operational efficiency

• Strengthen client relationships and expand market presence

• Oversee TMS, vehicle acquisition, and risk management

• Develop and monitor performance KPIs

• Communication (Hindi & English), Email drafting

• Fleet tracking & TMS software knowledge

• Leadership, planning, and financial acumen
