The Fabrication Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing fabrication operations within the production unit. This includes supervising teams, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, managing workflow, and ensuring timely project delivery. The role requires technical expertise in fabrication processes, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with structural steel or metal works.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day fabrication activities on the shop floor.
Manage a team of fabricators, welders, and fitters to meet production targets.
