We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead human resource initiatives, including employee training, SOP implementation, and HR operations within a CHA/Freight Forwarding environment. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for building effective HR systems.

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management

• Drive and implement company SOPs and HR policies

• Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements

• Maintain effective communication and build strong relationships across departments

• Coordinate with department heads to align HR practices with business goals

• Handle grievance management, performance reviews, and employee engagement

• Graduation: Any Graduate

• Post-Graduation: MBA or PG in Human Resources

• Special Courses (Preferred): HR-related certifications

• Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment law

• Exposure to CHA/Freight Forwarding industry is highly desirable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in English and Hindi

• Detail-oriented with a proactive learning approach

• Strong planning and execution abilities
