This role is pivotal in aligning sustainable energy solutions with market needs, supporting climate action, and improving rural livelihoods across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Business Development
Design and implement business models tailored to distribution through banks and microfinance institutions.
Devise innovative approaches for last-mile distribution and financing mechanisms to reach all customer segments.
2. Sales Leadership
Formulate and drive a robust sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Lead B2B and B2C sales efforts with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
3. Relationship Management
Manage key customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Identify and onboard local sales partners; negotiate terms and oversee performance.
