Assistant Manager – Sales (Air Export)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Assistant Manager – Sales with a strong background in air export freight forwarding. The role involves developing new business, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for air export services in the Delhi region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow air export business in the region.

• Drive new customer acquisition and upsell/cross-sell to existing clients.

• Meet monthly and quarterly gross profit targets.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.

• Use VIEW CRM to manage sales pipeline and forecasting.

• Participate in weekly/monthly reviews with leadership.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, specifically in air exports.

• Knowledge of export/import documentation and process.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM usage.

• Language: English, Hindi, and local language.
