Job Overview:
We are looking for a culturally competent Assistant Manager – Sales with experience in handling Japanese clientele in the freight forwarding industry. Knowledge of Japanese business practices will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business from Japanese customers and ensure relationship continuity.

• Customize offerings to fit Japanese client expectations and culture.

• Coordinate with operations and international offices for seamless service.

• Update CRM regularly and provide insights during sales reviews.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in freight forwarding sales with experience handling Japanese accounts.

• Cultural familiarity and preferably language skills in Japanese.

• Graduate; additional qualifications in logistics preferred.

• Strong client servicing and coordination skills.
