Key Responsibilities:Lead full-cycle project execution, including engineering, production, erection, and handover
Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site or manufacturing challenges
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource usage
Communicate directly with clients regarding project status and deliverables
Ensure adherence to internal and client quality standards
Manage risks and implement mitigation plans proactively
