Job Title: Principal

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and implement the school’s vision and mission through actionable policies and programs, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

• Manage, monitor, and control academic, financial, HR, and administrative operations.

• Foster a conducive academic environment and maintain positive relationships within the school and with external agencies/regulatory bodies.

• Drive academic excellence through innovative, student-focused teaching practices.

• Develop new academic programs in line with evolving student and societal needs.

• Promote academic and operational excellence by establishing centres of excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Postgraduate (preferably in English or Science) with B.Ed.

• 10+ years of academic experience, including 5 years as a Principal.

• Strong knowledge of CBSE norms and RTE system.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, management, decision-making, public relations, and organizational skills.

• Awareness of the National Education Policy.

• Self-reliant, self-motivated, and technology-savvy with strong time management skills.

Age Criteria: Below 55 years.
