You will be the first line of IT support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across devices, networks, cloud/storage, websites/domains/hosting, email systems, and office productivity tools. The role combines troubleshooting, light administration, and documentation.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-User Support: Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (Windows/macOS), install/configure applications, maintain IT asset inventory.
Network Support: Assist with LAN/Wi-Fi setup, routing/switching, firewall rule checks, IP/DHCP/DNS basics.
Email & Collaboration: Manage accounts in Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, enforce security settings, assist with SPF/DKIM/DMARC.
Data & Storage: Manage shared folders, permissions, cloud/NAS storage, and backup monitoring.
