1. Day to Day support for system hardware and peripherals

2. Management of basic network and wi-fi issues

3. First-line support for CCTV, IP-PBX and LMS servers

4. Coordination for AMC and vendor support

5. Support for domain and AAA servers

6. Documentation and Logging of IT issues

As a Manager in IT, will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT strategy, operations, and infrastructure of the organization. You will lead a team of IT professionals to ensure the effective development, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions that support the company’s objectives and drive innovation.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives,

ensuring that technology investments support the company's growth and profitability goals.

2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training,

mentoring, and performance evaluation, to foster a high-performing and motivated workforce.

3. IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT

infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services, to ensure reliability,

security, and scalability.

4. Software Development and Applications: Manage the development, deployment, and

maintenance of software applications and systems, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize

projects and optimize efficiency.

5. Information Security: Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and controls to

protect the organization's data and systems from cybersecurity threats, ensuring compliance

with regulatory requirements.

6. Vendor Management: Evaluate and select external vendors, service providers, and consultants,

negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery and

cost-effectiveness.

7. Budgeting and Resource Management: Develop and manage the IT department budget,

allocating resources effectively to support ongoing operations, projects, and initiatives while

optimizing costs.

8. Project Management: Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that

deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications, while

effectively managing risks and stakeholders.

9. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with executive leadership, department heads, and

other stakeholders to align IT initiatives with organizational goals, providing regular updates on

IT performance and project milestones.
