Business Development Manager

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong negotiation and strategic planning capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship management skills.

Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem-solving orientation.

Proficiency in MS Office, reporting tools, and presentations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

4–7 years of experience in business development (preferably logistics/air cargo).

Fluent in English; additional languages will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics/air cargo.

Conduct market analysis to anticipate trends, competitor actions, and growth prospects.

Lead negotiations, secure contracts, and oversee deal closures.

Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with customer expectations.

Deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management.

Drive innovation and contribute to organizational growth initiatives.
