We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Process Architect – HR who will be responsible for leading architecture design, implementation, and integration strategies across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules. The role requires both technical and functional expertise, with a strong focus on PMGM along with LMS, Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the technical and functional expert for SAP SuccessFactors modules (PMGM, LMS, Employee Central, RCM, Onboarding).
Lead end-to-end architecture design and integration with enterprise systems (SAP HCM, payroll, third-party applications).
Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend enhancements.
Provide technical oversight for implementations, upgrades, and integration projects.
Develop and maintain architectural documentation, roadmaps, and data flow diagrams.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Manage vendor relationships and oversee external consultants/integrators.
Evaluate and adopt new features, releases, and tools within SuccessFactors.
Troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor SuccessFactors team members and HRIS analysts.
