About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee projects within the Modular Buildings and E-Houses division. The role involves managing the design, fabrication, assembly, and delivery of modular structures and electrical houses, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of modular building and E-House projects from planning to commissioning.
Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site teams for seamless project delivery.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure cost control and timely execution.
Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, provide technical support, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
Oversee factory acceptance tests (FAT), site installation, and commissioning of E-Houses.
Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
Monitor industry practices and integrate best practices into project execution.
