Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Management Accountant (CMA) with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience to join our finance team. The candidate will support financial operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and contribute to the preparation of management reports and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Management Accounting

Prepare and assist in the development of management reports highlighting key financial metrics.

Conduct cost and profitability analysis to support strategic decision-making.

2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations.

3. Cost Management

Monitor and analyze costs across various business operations.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process efficiency improvements.

4. Internal Controls & Risk Management

Support implementation and maintenance of internal controls to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Conduct risk assessments and contribute to risk management strategies.

5. Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.

Assist in preparing statutory reports and ensure timely submission of financial data.

6. Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and align with strategic goals.

Communicate findings and analysis to management and stakeholders effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Chartered Management Accountant (CMA) qualification.

Strong understanding of management accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.

Familiarity with SAP is preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
