The position requires a detail-oriented professional who can contribute to the company’s tendering and costing operations effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze tender documents, drawings, and project specifications.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and related works.
Carry out quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost comparisons.
Ensure submission of technically compliant and commercially competitive tenders.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for materials, equipment, and services.
Support project teams in preparing BOQs, project budgets, and cost summaries for awarded projects.
Coordinate with clients and consultants for tender clarifications and pre-bid meetings.
Maintain organized documentation for all tender-related correspondence and reports.
