What You Will Do:
 Assist in performing valuation assignments for M&A transactions, tax planning purposes, financial
reporting, and other advisory services across diverse industries.
 Prepare business plans, teasers, Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), and pitch decks to
support fundraising and M&A advisory engagements.
 Design and develop professional deliverables, including engagement letters, reports, presentations, and
correspondence, ensuring accuracy and quality in all outputs.
 Conduct thorough economic and industry research.
 Analyze both financial and non-financial information, drawing insights and reporting findings to team
members.
 Develop and maintain financial models, apply various valuation methodologies, and conduct financial
analyses using tools like BVR Resource, IBIS World, Comparable AI, and Pitchbook.
 Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients, acting as a secondary point of contact for day-
to-day execution matters.
To Qualify for the Role, You Will Have:
 Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) or other equivalent designation is preferred but not required.
 Previous experience in accounting, valuation, or M&A advisory is preferred but not required.
 Experience in working in corporate finance, financial reporting, external audit;
 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
 Familiarity with valuation-based software, including BVR Resource, IBIS World, and Pitchbook.
 Good understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and/or other accounting
standards such as ASPE and US GAAP, with a focus on fair value issues and concepts.
 Strong attention to detail and the ability to think analytically and critically about complex financial
information.
 Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team in a fast-
paced, demanding environment.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and
stakeholders professionally and effectively.
