Key Responsibilities1. Quantity SurveyingPrepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Maintain and update BOQ throughout the project.
Conduct rate analysis for new and extra items.
Assist in cost estimation and budgeting.
Verify material reconciliation and consumption reports.
2. Billing & InvoicingPrepare and submit client RA bills and final bills.
Review and certify subcontractor and supplier bills.
Ensure accurate measurement sheets and documentation.
Handle variations and change orders with proper records.
3. Contracts & DocumentationAssist in preparing tenders, quotations, and contracts.
Maintain measurement books and work records.
Ensure all documentation meets internal standards.
