The Senior Architect leads the design and execution of high-value real estate projects. This role requires strong creative, technical, and leadership capabilities to deliver innovative, functional, and sustainable architectural solutions.

Lead conceptual, schematic, and detailed design development.

Oversee construction drawings and 3D models prepared by teams.

Ensure design alignment with project goals and market trends.

Manage the entire project design lifecycle within timelines and budgets.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Integrate technical and functional aspects into design solutions.

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.

Review structural, MEP, and technical drawings for integration.

Approve design details, materials, and specifications.

Promote green building and sustainable design practices.

Implement energy-efficient and eco-friendly solutions.

Mentor junior architects and create a collaborative work culture.

Work closely with engineers, planners, and contractors.

Stay updated with global trends and new technologies in architecture.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Suite.

Strong BIM and project management knowledge.

Excellent leadership, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Proven track record of delivering large-scale real estate projects.
