Position: HR Manager
Industry: Recruitment & Staffing
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 3–4 years
Working Days: 6 days a week (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Joining: Immediate joiner preferred

Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and exit processes.

Oversee payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.

Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.

Collaborate with various departments to support internal hiring needs.

Coordinate and support employee training and development programs.

Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to labor laws.

Maintain accurate HR records and generate MIS reports.

Handle employee grievances and drive engagement activities.

Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR or related field.

3–4 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment (preferably in a recruitment/staffing environment).

Strong knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliance, and HRMS tools.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setup.

Comfortable with a 6-day work week and available for immediate joining.
