Job Title: Mechanical & Electrical Engineer – Husky HyPET PET Lines
Department: Engineering / Maintenance

Location: Uzbekistan – PET Preform Production Unit

Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and smooth functioning of Husky HyPET PET injection molding machines. Ensures minimal downtime, precise machine calibration, mould handling, and efficient operation of all mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Maintain and troubleshoot Husky HyPET injection molding machines.

Handle hydraulics, pneumatics, valves, sensors, PLC interfaces, and electrical systems.

Manage hot runner systems, heating/cooling circuits, lubrication routines, and mould installation/removal.

Conduct machine calibration, preventive maintenance, and performance monitoring.

Reduce machine downtime and ensure stable production output.

Prepare technical reports and coordinate with supervisors.

5–10 years of hands-on experience with Husky HyPET or similar high-speed PET injection machines.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering.

Additional certifications in PLC, hydraulics, or Husky equipment (preferred).

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsible and technically driven.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.

Good verbal and written communication for reporting and team coordination.

English or Russian (preferred).
