Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Orthodontist to oversee and deliver high-quality orthodontic care. The role involves clinical leadership, treatment planning, and ensuring excellent patient outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of dental practice.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage orthodontic treatments for patients of all age groups

Diagnose orthodontic conditions and develop customized treatment plans

Perform procedures including braces, aligners, and corrective appliances

Supervise and guide junior orthodontists and dental staff

Ensure compliance with clinical standards, hygiene, and safety protocols

Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation

Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options and progress

Stay updated with the latest orthodontic techniques and technologies

Required Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Orthodontics (MDS / equivalent specialization)

Valid license to practice or eligibility to register in the UK (as applicable)

Proven experience as an Orthodontist; leadership experience preferred

Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient management skills
