Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Export Professional with strong expertise in Red Chilli exports, particularly to China and other Asian markets. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end export operations, from procurement coordination to international sales and shipment execution.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in Guntur / South India chilli procurement (added advantage)
• Exposure to bulk export shipments
• Established buyer network in China / Asia

Education:

• Graduate / Post-Graduate in International Business, Commerce, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle export sales of Red Chilli to China and Asian markets
• Develop and manage overseas buyers, traders, and importers
• Strong coordination with procurement teams for quality, grading, and pricing
• Negotiate export contracts, pricing, and payment terms
• Manage end-to-end export documentation:
  • Invoice, Packing List
  • BL / AWB
  • COO, Phytosanitary Certificate
  • LC / TT documentation
• Ensure compliance with China import regulations & quality norms
• Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, freight forwarders
• Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch & payment realization
• Monitor market trends, demand, and competitor pricing
• Handle buyer queries, claims, and long-term relationship building

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Mandatory experience in Red Chilli export
• Strong exposure to China & Asian spice markets
• Excellent knowledge of export documentation & logistics
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-volume export operations
• Knowledge of quality standards, moisture levels, and spice grading
