We are seeking a skilled Sr. Engineer – Project to manage and execute engineering projects efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in project execution or site engineering

• Strong knowledge of project execution and site management
• Good understanding of drawings and technical specifications
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Proficiency in MS Office and project tools

• Experience in construction / infrastructure / EPC projects
• Ability to handle multiple project activities simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Project Execution:

• Manage day-to-day site activities and project execution
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Monitor progress and report status to management

Planning & Coordination:

• Coordinate with planning, design, and procurement teams
• Ensure availability of materials, manpower, and equipment
• Assist in project scheduling and resource planning

Quality & Safety:

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications
• Monitor site safety practices and enforce safety guidelines

Site Management:

• Supervise contractors and subcontractors
• Resolve on-site issues and technical challenges
• Maintain site records and documentation

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Maintain proper project documentation and records
