Primary Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the requirements of the school's Hindi language curriculum
- Teach students in primary grades the fundamentals of Hindi language and literature
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement
- Assess student performance through regular evaluations, exams, and assignments
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their Hindi language skills
- Monitor and track student progress and maintain accurate records of their performance
- Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress and any areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to develop a comprehensive Hindi language program
- Attend professional development workshops and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and techniques
