Primary Responsibilities :
- Identify the student's career goals, prospects and potential gaps in their background information
- Advise/counsel students regarding various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, scholarships in the United Kingdom / Canada / Australia / Singapore and Europe
- Advise students on processes and procedures related to academic, personal, professional and financial requirements in order to study Abroad.
- Direct Application form filling & documentation Or Partner Portal knowledge
- SOP / LOR / Resume basic guidance to student sample formats to be shared
- Provide information on desired courses based on the needs & aspirations of students
- Provide telephonic counselling to the leads from all sources & invite them to walk into the office for counselling.
- Knowledge of Visa process
- Assist students with visa requirements
- Create and maintain accurate client information the company's CRM system/ Excel
- Good communication and influencing skills.
- Sales attitude/ Comfortable with follow ups and calling
