Abroad Education Consultant

• Identify the student's career goals, prospects and potential gaps in their background information
• Advise/counsel students regarding various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, scholarships in the United Kingdom / Canada / Australia / Singapore and Europe
• Advise students on processes and procedures related to academic, personal, professional and financial requirements in order to study Abroad.
• Direct Application form filling & documentation Or Partner Portal knowledge
• SOP / LOR / Resume basic guidance to student sample formats to be shared
• Provide information on desired courses based on the needs & aspirations of students
• Provide telephonic counselling to the leads from all sources & invite them to walk into the office for counselling.
• Knowledge of Visa process
• Assist students with visa requirements
• Create and maintain accurate client information the company's CRM system/ Excel
• Good communication and influencing skills.
• Sales attitude/ Comfortable with follow ups and calling
